With over 25 years of experience in various sectors, roles and hierarchies, as the lead consultant at Elixir Communications, Pravin uses the experience he gained therein to design the best customised interventions possible for the specific assignment. He strives to bring a balanced and holistic approach to all issues, which he believes is easier for him having alternated on both sides of the table and due to the diverse roles he has played in various sectors and organisations so far.

After associating with a leading US based Training organisation with worldwide presence, he decided to make people development as his main focus and started Elixir Communications in 2003. He hopes to remain an humble student forever and firmly believes in the adage “when you train or teach, you yourself learn twice”.

  • Bangalore HR Summit 2008 on topic–`Role of Training in creating Effective Strategic Leadership’
  • `Managing in the downturn’ at GNIMS HR Summit 2009.
  • Conducted Pre-Conference Workshop on `Decision Styles for Success’ at Bangalore HR Summit 2012.
  • Mumbai and Bangalore HR Summits 2014 – addressed on topics like ‘Innovation at the workplace’ and ‘Managing and Nurturing Young Leadership’
  • Delivers customised multi-lingual training in exclusive or a mix of English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati
  • Has trained at all levels of management from senior most to operators/blue collar

  • Accredited & Certified Practitioner for `Style View and Career View’ developed by Decision Dynamics US
  • Certified `Extended DISC Administrator’ for `Extended DISC Psychometric Assessment Tools’ developed by Extended DISC, Finland.
